YatraNest respects your right to request deletion of your personal information.

If you have interacted with a business using YatraNest or your information has been received through a connected Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, you may request deletion of your applicable personal information.

02How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your information, send an email to:

Our team will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our data retention requirements.

03Facebook and Instagram Data

If your information was submitted through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad connected to YatraNest, you may request deletion of the information received through that integration.

YatraNest will process eligible deletion requests and remove applicable information from its systems, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, accounting or other legitimate requirements.

04Disconnecting a Meta Account

A business that has connected its Facebook or Instagram account with YatraNest may disconnect the integration through the applicable YatraNest account settings.

Disconnecting an integration prevents further access through that connection, subject to the operation of the applicable Meta platform and previously received data.
