Lead and Enquiry Information
When a customer submits an enquiry to a hotel/property using a website form, advertisement or other lead-generation channel, we may receive information such as customer name, mobile number, email address, travel dates, number of guests, room requirements, budget or enquiry requirements, enquiry source, campaign information and other information voluntarily provided by the customer.
Technical Information
We may also collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, website pages visited, referring website, date and time of access, cookies and similar technologies.
02Marketing and Lead Attribution
YatraNest Lead Management may collect marketing attribution information when a visitor arrives through an advertisement or marketing campaign.
This may include UTM source, UTM medium, UTM campaign, UTM term, UTM content, landing page, referrer URL, source URL and campaign or advertisement information.
This information helps businesses understand where enquiries originate and measure marketing performance.
03Facebook and Instagram Lead Integration
YatraNest may provide integrations with Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for businesses that choose to connect their Meta accounts with YatraNest.
When a business authorizes such an integration, YatraNest may receive information associated with leads generated through Meta Lead Ads. This may include information submitted through the applicable lead form, such as name, phone number, email address and other form fields provided by the individual.
YatraNest uses this information to:

- Help the connected business follow up with enquiries

- Attribute leads to campaigns

YatraNest does not use Meta lead information for purposes unrelated to the authorized business service.

06Meta Platform Information
If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account to YatraNest, information received through Meta's platforms is handled in accordance with applicable Meta platform requirements and this Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect your Meta integration through the applicable YatraNest settings. You may also request deletion of information associated with your use of the applicable integration using our data deletion process.
